Yano,Frobenius,Hirota manifolds and coisotropic deformations

Abstract:

Abstract.Yano manifolds are a nice generalisation of Jacobi manifolds of Classical Mechanics. In the talk I explain in what sense Frobenius manifolds of Dubrovin and F-manifolds of Hertling and Manin are Yano manifolds. The new viewpoint allows to interpret the basic equations of the theory of multiplicative structure on the tangent bundle as vanishing of the "torsion" of a suitable "anchor" ( joint work with Boris Konopelchenko).
